Labels
Platinum Press has more than 20 years’ experience producing label products. This includes Pressure-sensitive (PS), ply, booklet, shrink sleeve, and clinical labels. Labels can be produced using Flexographic (traditional) presses, Digital (for short to medium-sized runs) or Hybrid and all of our labels are 100% electronically vision-inspected against the approved copy. We also offer backside numbering and if you are lot coding, we test all black boxes with our in-house laser to confirm functionality. In short, no matter what type of label product you are looking for, we have the solution.
Cartons
Our Koenig & Bauer 106 Rapida presses are the most advanced in the industry and have the highest quality of any press in existence (they are trusted to print 90% of the world’s currency). We can produce cartons with cold foil, embossing, debossing, braille, and any coating you wish, to enhance your brand. Cartons are 100% electronically vision-inspected in-line for color and copy to ensure consistency and quality. Our goal is to provide you not only with cartons that perform as intended but that also promote and market your brand at the highest level.
Literature
Depending on the application, Platinum Press produces printed literature that is cut, stacked, folded, or bound. We have over 30 folders that can produce everything from 294-panel pharmaceutical ‘topserts’ to bound booklets to Instructions-For-Use (IFUs) and, as is the case with all products produced at Platinum Press, every printed piece is 100% electronically vision inspected to ensure quality. We will work with you to create the optimal design for your packaging. This means creating proofs and samples, at no charge, to ensure the finished piece works as intended.
Flexible Packaging
As more packaging moves away from bottles and into flexible packaging, Platinum Press will be there to support you. Using our existing equipment we have a range of inks and coatings to enhance your sachets, stick packs and pouches, as well as lidding for unit-dose applications. Depending on your needs, our package engineers will design a product with the appropriate format, the correct material and applicable closure to provide an optimal packaging solution for your brand. We can also produce printed roll-stock suitable for form, fill and seal and pouching applications.

Security Products and Brand Protection
If you are looking for anti-counterfeiting measures that are impossible to detect, impossible to replicate and require no additional steps for you to implement, you’ve come to the right place. Platinum Press has developed ‘PlatinumProtection’ for cartons, cards, game pieces, and literature. It works on the principle that every piece of paper has unique DNA.
