Offset UV Lead Operators and Helpers – Printing Facility in East Ft. Worth, TX. A well-established printing facility located just south of DFW Airport is seeking experienced Offset UV Lead Operators and Helpers. Candidates with experience on Heidelberg Offset and Didde Offset presses are preferred. Roll-fed to sheet experience is a strong plus.

  • Responsibilities for this position include:
    • Performing routine press maintenance as needed
    • Setting up and operating presses for production runs
    • Reviewing job tickets for accuracy before each run
    • Troubleshooting and repairing press issues when necessary
    • Collaborating with management on quality control and process improvements
    • Maintaining a clean, organized press, tool set, and work area
    • Consistent, reliable attendance on a daily, weekly, and monthly bas

    Folder Machine Operators ready for the next step in their career. Platinum Press’s Bindery Department is looking for experienced folder operators familiar with Stahl/MBO & GUK/Vijuk folding equipment to learn advanced pharmaceutical folding. The selected candidate will be trained to set up and troubleshoot a variety of machines and jobs requiring “micro-folds” for pharmaceutical applications.

    • Responsibilities for this position include:
      • At least 5 years of experience with Stahl/MBO or Vijuk folders (MV97s, MV05s, and MV11s)
      • Mechanical knowledge of Stahl/MBO or Vijuk folders
      • Experience folding RTAs, conventional, and ribbon-style jobs
      • Willingness and ability to work overtime and 2nd shift
      • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot effectively
      • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work well with others
      • Capable of performing and delivering results with little to no supervision
      • Detail-oriented and able to maintain high-quality standards
      • Physically able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
      • Punctual, reliable, and committed to the company and its core values
      • Willingness to cross-train on other equipment as needed
      • Ability to read and understand packaging tickets and follow directions
      • Accurate data entry for production tracking and maintenance documentation
      • Ability to lead and understand all aspects of the job
      • Conduct line clearances and end-of-job inspections during production runs
      • Work directly with management on product quality and process improvements
      • Maintain exceptional quality and accountability to company QC standards
      • Keep folder, tools, and work area clean and organized
